To all Ace members:

 The Ace Homeschool Association has the following communication strategy:

1.      We will no longer send out a monthly newsletter by mail.  E-mail notices will notify members when the new newsletter is accessible from the yahoo site.  

2.      To view the calendar for events, check postings for details and post events/information, visit the Acehomeschoolers@yahoogroup.com site.  Helpful links, information, By-laws, and Membership Roster will be under the “files” section.

3.      There will no longer be a membership fee since we will not incur the costs associated with the newsletter.  Membership will be free upon joining Yahoo Group and completing the electronic questionnaire.

4.      The Organizational Committee will continue to answer questions or direct inquiries to the right person.

5.      Members will still be able to post Ace activities, events, field trips and helpful homeschool information to the Yahoo group.   

We hope Ace Homeschool Association members will continue to post and participate in events.   Catawba County has about 650 registered home schools, each with an abundance of information to share.  Please let homeschool families in surrounding counties know about Ace Homeschool Association, so we can learn about other opportunities as well.
